U-M event attendees and campus visitors may request accommodations to make an event or visit more accessible.

General Public & Event Attendees

Submit accommodation requests to the event organizer or the venue management. Please make the accommodation request as early as possible.

Athletic Event Attendees

Michigan Athletic is committed to making athletic events accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to Michigan Athletics Guest Services at 734-647-1218 or [email protected]. If you need a stadium seatback accommodation to attend an athletic event, use the ADA Initial Contact Form for your first request. To submit additional requests, email [email protected].

Parking & Transportation

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is available in several locations across campus. For information, visit the Logistics, Transportation & Parking Campus Visitor Parking page. For parking-related questions, contact Parking Customer Services using the Contact PCS form or by calling 734-764-8291.

Bus Routes

The U-M Transit system services the Ann Arbor campus and various Michigan Medicine facilities in Ann Arbor. U-M Transit operates 12 bus routes that are open and free to the general public. No ID is necessary to ride, and no fare is required. Visit the Logistics, Transportation & Parking Rider Guide page for more information.

Paratransit

University of Michigan Transportation Services offers curb-to-curb Paratransit services for students, faculty, and staff who cannot use the campus bus system. Paratransit services operate within a .75-mile radius of university bus routes, the East Medical Campus Health Centers, and Domino’s Farms satellite facilities. To apply for Paratransit services, use the ADA Initial Contact Form. Choose “Parking Accommodation, Paratransit” under “Reason for Contact” and “Paratransit” for the service you are requesting. Please place the request for services as early as possible.

Patients

Patients and hospital visitors of the University of Michigan Health are encouraged to contact their care provider or clinic to request accommodations prior to any appointments. Additional information for patients can also be found via the U-M Patient & Visitor Guide.
