An accommodation is any change or adjustment to a process, policy, or practice in an academic or workplace environment, that allows an individual with a disability to equitable access to perform their job duties or meet their academic requirements. Reasonable accommodations are available to students, faculty, staff, applicants for employment, admission, and visitors at the University of Michigan.
